Shipping Timelines for India ( Prepaid & COD Orders)

1. We offer FREE SHIPPING to India. 
2. We process all orders within same day or next day. 
3. Once we Ship your order, we give you order tracking details over email and SMS.
4. Customer can track their orders by login to accounts or they can ask us tracking details over our registered whatsapp number.
5. Once Order is dispatched , it takes 3 to 7 working days to get delivered.
6. These timelines may be affected due to situations on ground level of our courier partners. 
7. We use Standard Courier Partners DELHIVERY, DTDC , BLUEDART , XPRESSBEES to deliver our products.
8. For COD (Cash on Delivery ) orders, customer have to pay CASH at the time of Delivery of orders to our courier partner.
9. If FAKE COD Orders placed by any persons , we take strict legal action upon such persons. 

Shipping Timelines for INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

1. We charge Standard Shipping Charge for International Orders.
2. We currently charge fixed 2000rs as Shipping Charge for International Orders. this charge may be changed or vary depending upon country.
3. Prices are inclusive of shipping charges. Any other charges like import duty has to be borne by the customer (if any).
4.  If the import duty is not paid by the customer the product will be destroyed/abandoned by the custom department and the refund will not be given for that particular order. 
5. Custom duty has to be paid within 2 days after the shipment arrives at your location/country if any.
6. International Orders generally takes 7 to 15 Working days to get delivered depending upon country and region. 
7. We mostly use DELHIVERY , FEDEX, DHL courier service for international orders.
8. If the shipping address is wrong or any mistake is made by the customer, then the customer has to make the extra payment for any changes in their address for international orders.

RETURN POLICY

Ofcourse, We Accept Returns in case of ,

1. Received Damaged Products.

2. Completely Different Products Received. 

Note : We need Complete Parcel Opening video to consider your request for return.

Process for Returns : 

Once We Received Return Request , Our Customer Support Team will contact you for further validation of Return Request.

Once we accept your Return Request, You need to Send Return Courier to Our Registered Warehouse Location , by any Courier Service or India Post and Send Tracking Slip to our Registered Whatsapp Number.

After Receiving Product back to us at our Warehouse Location, We will Initiate Refund of your Order Amount by Bank Transfer or Other Payment Methods. Usually Refund reflect in your bank in 3-7 Working Days.

Here are Some Points to be note by Customer.

1. Product Return Request must be made within 48 Hours after Receiving it.
2. Product must be Unused.
3. Product must be in its Original Condition.
4. We refund only order amount. we are not liable to pay return shipping charge paid by customer to send return product to us.
5. If the Return is requested after 48 hours of receiving the shipment , we are unable to accept return.

REFUND POLICY

CANCELLATION : 

1. If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, kindly do so before your order is shipped. Please log into your account and click on "cancel order" option against the order number that you want to cancel.
2. If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will refund you the entire amount.

REFUND

1. When you return the product to the courier guy, it is mandatory to take a receipt ( physical or through message). In case of lost shipment we will need the proof of return by you.
2. Refund would be processed within 4-7 days after the product is received back to our warehouse at Surat.
3. we process refund via Bank Transfer / UPI method.
