Shipping Charges

- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before payment.
Cash on Delivery (COD)

Delivery Attempts
- Courier partners usually attempt delivery 2–3 times.
- Please ensure your contact number and shipping address are correct and reachable.
- If the order is undelivered due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or customer unavailability, reshipping charges may apply.
Damaged or Open Package
We request customers to:
- Record an unboxing video while opening the parcel.
- Do not accept damaged or tampered packages from the courier.
If you receive a damaged product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Parcel photos
- Unboxing video
International Shipping
Currently, international shipping availability may vary depending on location and product category. Please contact us before placing international orders.
