Every product goes through a strict quality check before dispatch. However, if you receive a product with a genuine issue, we're here to help.

✅ Returns Accepted In These Cases

We accept return requests only if:

✔ You received a damaged product.

✔ You received a completely different product from what you ordered.

✔ You received a defective product with a genuine manufacturing issue.

✔ Any other valid issue approved by our Customer Support Team after verification.

Returns will not be accepted for:

✔ Product not liked by the customer.

✔ Size or fitting issues.

✔ Minor color variation due to photography, lighting, or screen settings.

✔ Minor mirror, stone, bead, sequin, or embellishment detachment during transit, as these can occasionally occur during shipping and do not affect the usability of the outfit.

✔ Orders where a complete parcel opening video is not available (for damage, wrong product, or missing item claims).

🎥 Parcel Opening Video Is Mandatory

To claim any return for a damaged, incorrect, defective, or missing product, a complete parcel opening video is mandatory.

The video must:

✔ Be clear and uncut.

✔ Start before opening the parcel.

✔ Clearly show the shipping label.

✔ Clearly show the issue after opening the package.

Return requests without a complete parcel opening video may not be approved.

📦 Return Request Window

A return request must be raised within 48 hours (2 days) from the date of delivery.

Requests received after 48 hours will not be accepted.

🚚 Return Process

Once your return request is approved, our team will check whether Reverse Pickup Service is available for your PIN code.

If Reverse Pickup Is Available

✅ Nardev Fashion will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner.

A flat ₹300 Reverse Pickup Fee will be deducted from the Store Credit amount.

Store Credit = Order Amount − ₹300

If Reverse Pickup Is Not Available

Some PIN codes may not be eligible for reverse pickup.

In such cases:

✔ The customer must send the parcel to our Surat warehouse using any reliable courier service or India Post.

✔ The customer must share the courier tracking details with us on WhatsApp after dispatch.

✔ Return shipping charges paid by the customer are non-refundable.

💳 Store Credit Policy

Once the returned product is received and successfully verified at our warehouse, the eligible refund amount will be issued as Nardev Fashion Store Credit.

The Store Credit can be used to purchase any product available on www.nardevfashion.com.

No monetary refund will be provided.

⏳ Store Credit Timeline

Store Credit is generally issued within 3–7 working days after the returned product passes our quality inspection.

💳 Store Credit Details

✔ Store Credit can be used for future purchases on www.nardevfashion.com.

✔ The applicable Reverse Pickup Fee (if any) will be deducted before issuing the Store Credit.

✔ Store Credit may be used until the available balance is exhausted.

✔ Store Credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

❌ Store Credit cannot be exchanged for cash.

❌ Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person.

❌ Store Credit cannot be refunded to a bank account, UPI, wallet, card, or the original payment method.

Example

If your order value is ₹1,999 and Nardev Fashion arranges the reverse pickup:

Store Credit = ₹1,999 − ₹300 = ₹1,699

You will receive ₹1,699 Store Credit, which can be used on your next purchase.

⚠ Important Return Conditions

✔ Return request must be raised within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery.

✔ Product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

✔ All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

✔ A complete parcel opening video is mandatory for damage, wrong product, defective product, or missing item claims.

✔ If reverse pickup is arranged by Nardev Fashion, a flat ₹300 Reverse Pickup Fee will be deducted from the Store Credit amount.

✔ Return shipping charges paid by the customer are non-refundable.

✔ Return requests received after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

✔ Store Credit will be issued only after successful inspection and approval of the returned product.

✔ No cash refund, bank transfer, UPI refund, wallet refund, or refund to the original payment method will be provided.

✔ Store Credit can only be redeemed for purchases on www.nardevfashion.com.

✔ Nardev Fashion reserves the right to approve or reject any return request after verification.

Need to cancel your order?

Please cancel your order before it has been dispatched.

You can:

✔ Log in to your account.

✔ Click on "Cancel Order."

Cancellation Benefit

✅ Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

✔ Customers are advised to keep their courier receipt or return shipment proof safely until the return process is completed.
