We accept returns only if:

✔ There is a genuine issue

🎥 Important Notice

To claim any return or damage issue, a complete parcel opening video is mandatory.

Clear and uncut
Starting before opening the parcel
Showing the issue properly

Without an opening video, return requests may not be approved.

🚚 Return Process

After your return request is approved, our team will check whether Reverse Pickup Service is available at your PIN code.

If Reverse Pickup is Available

✅ We will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner.

📌 A flat ₹300 Reverse Pickup Fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Refund Amount = Total Amount Paid − ₹300

If Reverse Pickup is Not Available

Some PIN codes may not be serviceable for reverse pickup.

In such cases:

Customer will need to send the return parcel to our Surat warehouse using any courier service or India Post.
Customer must share the courier tracking details on our WhatsApp number after dispatch.
Return shipping charges paid by the customer are non-refundable.

💰 Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and verified at our warehouse, your refund will be processed.

Reverse Pickup Deduction

If Nardev Fashion arranges the return pickup, a flat ₹300 reverse pickup fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Example:
If your order value is ₹1,999 and we arrange the return pickup:

Refund Amount = ₹1,999 − ₹300 = ₹1,699

⚠ Important Return Conditions

✔ Return request must be raised within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery

✔ Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

✔ All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact

✔ A complete parcel opening video is mandatory for damage, missing item, or wrong product claims

✔ If reverse pickup is arranged by Nardev Fashion, a flat ₹300 fee will be deducted from the refund amount

✔ Return shipping charges paid by the customer are non-refundable

✔ Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery cannot be accepted

✔ Refunds are issued only after successful inspection and approval of the returned product

✔ Nardev Fashion reserves the right to approve or reject any return request after verification
